The Heritage House Museum is a unique dwelling featuring 23 rooms of period antiques, quilts and collections. Tour guides will take you back into the early days of New Vienna, the first settlement in the area.

The building, constructed in the 1850's originally served as the parish rectory before being converted into boarding rooms and convent for the Sisters who taught in St. Boniface grade and high school.

The New Vienna Historical Society purchased the building in 1990 and opened it to the public a year later, thanks to many hours of dedicated volunteers.

There is an 'Old Fashioned Christmas' held the first Sunday in December each year. Activities include Christmas caroling, sausage stuffing, wood spinning, quilting and butter churning. The aroma of apple cider and homemade goodies fills the air. There is also a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. You and your family are welcome to join us for a bit of Christmas - past and present.
